The paint contained within this rainbow-hued container appears to shift and change with the light. One use of this pot can be applied to the skin of a Medium or smaller humanoid in order to grant them a glowing luminescent patchwork design which can cycle through several patterns and even appear to move across the skin before reappearing and going again. This effect lasts for 24 hours, during which you suffer Disadvantage on all Stealth checks. When found the container contains 2d4 uses.
