Stalking Crouch

Amidst the chaos of combat, you set your attention on your quarry while keeping yourself hidden from them.

While in combat, choose a creature you can see. You take the Hide action, rolling your Stealth check with advantage . The chosen creature’s passive Perception is considered to be reduced by 5 for the purposes of detecting you, while other creatures consider theirs to be reduced by 3. As long as you remain hidden and do not move more than half your Speed in a round, any creatures trying to actively detect you make their Perception checks with disadvantage .
